Bare Oaks is proud to offer the Timber Ridge Series Trailers by Woodland Park Inc. through Cedar Beach Trailer Sales.
Woodland Park has been manufacturing high quality, custom-built park trailers since 1983. By focusing exclusively on park model trailers, they are able to commit their resources and talents to building the industry’s best.
Their modern manufacturing plant is located in the heart of northern Indiana Amish country where they draw upon the old world craftsmanship and work ethic of the many Amish craftsmen who build their products. The Amish backgrounds of Woodland Park owners, Ernie and Edna Yoder, have greatly influenced the company’s emphasis on quality and meeting each customer’s needs with a custom-built, structurally sound product.
The Timber Ridge Series is completely customizable. Each unit is built to order to your specifications. As such, the number of possibilities is endless!
Note: Timber Ridge Trailers can be placed on any lot at Bare Oaks. However, lots in Beckett Circle will require black water holding tanks and pump-out when tanks are full. The frequency of pump-outs will depend on usage. On average, most trailers at Bare Oaks currently require pump-out once per year.
Prices start around $46,000* but will vary depending on options selected. Financing is available based on your credit history. Depending on your financial situation, you may qualify for 100% financing amortized over a period of up to 20 years.
